Professional Service Fees. 5.1.1 The Owner agrees to pay the Project Consultant, and the Project Consultant agrees to accept for services rendered pursuant to this Agreement a fixed fee (as computed by the Fixed Fee method below) of:
Professional Service Fees. Customer shall pay the Professional Services Fees set forth in and in accordance with the applicable Order. Unused Professional Services Fees are not subject to refund.
Professional Service Fees. All fees for Professional Services shall be agreed to in the applicable SOW. Except as expressly provided in the SOW:
(a) any rates for Professional Services which are not utilized by Client within twelve (12) months of the date thereof shall be subject to adjustment to Xxxx’x then current rates when actually utilized; and (b) any prepaid Professional Services must be utilized within twelve (12) months of the date of the SOW or they will lapse and will not be reimbursed. Any monthly allotment of hours for services, as stated in the applicable SOW, may be used only during the month in which such hours were intended, and may not be carried forward to subsequent months. Client will not be entitled to a credit for any unused hours for a given calendar month. All travel and out-of-pocket expenses pre-approved by Client and incurred by Mapp personnel in connection with the performance of the Agreement shall be reimbursed by Client; all expenses not billed directly to Client shall be submitted for reimbursement together with original vendor receipts.
Professional Service Fees. In US Dollars, the fees identified at the time of and on each Order on a fixed fee or time and material basis for Professional Services to be performed.
Professional Service Fees. Professional Service Fees will be charged and invoiced in accordance with the applicable SOW.
Professional Service Fees. 6.1 The Professional Service Fees shall be payable to TRITAN by Client and invoiced in accordance with the amounts outlined within the respective Order.
6.2 For Professional Services billed on an annual basis, upon execution of the applicable Order, the Professional Service Fees are due and payable per Client Location or Per Vessel, as appropriate, and shall be prorated in accordance with the remaining days of the calendar year in which the Order is executed. Thereafter, Professional Service Fees shall be payable annually and are due on the first day of each calendar year.
6.3 For Professional Services billed on an hourly or flat fee basis, the Professional Service Fees shall be invoiced to Client monthly for the Professional Services performed in the immediately preceding month.
Professional Service Fees. A Rate Card is available on request. Customer-requested weekend work is not covered by this Rate Card. For the duration of this Agreement, and for a period of 12 months after end of Agreement, Customer undertakes not to attempt to solicit or entice away, either directly or indirectly, any Salutare personnel related to this Agreement other than by means of an advertising or recruitment campaign open to all-comers.
Professional Service Fees. Professional service fees paid on the actual general obligation construction costs of any DISTRICT project associated with the construction and maintenance of public utility lines and conduits, emergency management warning systems (including civil defense and storm warning systems), water mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, flood or erosion protection systems (including dikes and levees), sidewalks/trails, streets/roads/highways and traffic signals and signage, street lighting, power, public waterways/docks/wharfs and related appurtenances, and parks/playgrounds/recreational facilities (excluding clubhouses and similar facilities for private entities), landscaping and hardscaping shall be subject to the following:
Professional Service Fees. The Professional Service Rates shall apply for all services rendered by Emageon which are outside the scope of this Agreement. Reasonable and customary expenses incurred by Emageon while engaged in such work, including without limitation, expenses incurred for travel, including local transportation, lodging and meals in accordance with Exhibit E, will be billed to Customer at Emageon's actual cost. Best efforts will be made by Emageon so that no Fees outside the scope of this Agreement are incurred without the prior written approval of the Customer.
