Program and Souvenir Program. (A) The Engager shall have listed in the program (playbill) distributed to the audience, or have announced to the audience, the names of all Artists who dance Principal or Soloist roles. Where a change in such occurs, an announcement of the change shall be made to the audience. In the event that there are errors or omissions in the printed cast listing in the playbill performance program(playbill), the Engager agrees that upon receipt of notice of an omission or error in such cast listing, the Engager will within twenty-four (24) hours (including at least one business day) place in the performance program (playbill), a mimeographed or printed slip correcting the omission or error in the next printing of the playbill or program, provided such notice is given at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the press deadline. In place of a printed slip the omission or error may be corrected by an announcement being made to the audience before the performance. For each failure either to place a correction slip in the performance program (playbill), or to make an announcement correcting the error, as stipulated above, or to correct the performance program (playbill) cast listing at the next printing after proper notice, the Engager shall pay the Artist involved a sum equal to one-seventh (1/7) of the Artist's contractual in- town fee for each week or part thereof during which the omission or error continues.

Where a change in such roles occurs, an announcement of the change shall be made to the audience. In the event that there are errors or omissions or cast changes in the printed cast listing of Principal and Soloist roles in the playbill and/or program, the Engager agrees to place immediately in the playbill and/or program, a mimeographed or printed slip correcting the omission or error or cast change in the next printing of the playbill or program. In place of a printed slip, the omission or error or cast change must be corrected by an announcement being made to the audience before the performance. For each failure either to place a correction slip on the playbill and/or program, or to make an announcement correcting the error, as stipulated above, or to correct the playbill or program cast listing or cast change at the next printing after proper notice, the Engager shall pay the Artist involved sum equal to one-seventh (1/7) of the Artist’s contractual fee for each week or part thereof during which the omission or error continues.

  • Mentor Program a. Each new Bargaining Unit Member (first year employee) shall be assigned a mentor. An exception may be made, as determined by the Superintendent, for new part-time Bargaining unit Members of whom have prior service in the same program operated by the Board. The mentor shall assist the new Bargaining Unit Member in general teaching procedures, techniques, classroom planning and organization, school functions and regulations and other areas of professional growth and development. The Association President in collaboration with the Lead Mentor/Resident Educator Coordinator and appropriate Directors shall submit nominations of three (3) qualified staff members to the Superintendent, after obtaining the candidates’ permission. The Superintendent may elect to nominate one of the candidates to the Board of Education for assignment, or ask the Association President and Lead Mentor/Resident Educator Coordinator for additional nominations.

  • First Source Hiring Program Contractor must comply with all of the provisions of the First Source Hiring Program, Chapter 83 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, that apply to this Agreement, and Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 83.
