Union Emblem. Union members will be permitted to wear the lapel or button- 11 type emblem of the Union in a manner that is safe and inoffensive. In addition, a decal may be 12 worn on the employee’s helmet and one may be affixed to the front windshield of an ambulance 13 or fire apparatus. The emblems must be approved by the Chief prior to being affixed.
Union Emblem. The emblem of the International Alliance is copyrighted and is the sole property of the Alliance. The Company shall display the emblem, unless the Union advises otherwise, on any and all recorded screen-based media productions, recorded by any method and produced under the terms and conditions of the Agreement which carry screen or air credit title or titles. The insignia is to be clear and distinct and presented in readily readable colour, size and speed.

The Producer agrees to insert the Equity logo and URL along with the following line in the program: "The Actors and Stage Managers employed in this production are members of Actors' Equity Association, the Union of Professional Actors and Stage Managers in the United States.” Also, the Producer agrees whenever and wherever possible to prominently display the Equity Emblem in the lobby of the theatre. The Equity logo, URL and emblem will be supplied by Actors' Equity Association.

The Company shall use the “Union Bug” on its products that are made, sold or distributed by the Company at all times, however, the “Union Bug” shall not be displayed on products not made in North America or not made by a “Union Shop”. When possible, Union and American made products will be used, considering availability and cost, etc. American made products will be sold to all Union organizations.

Union Emblem. (a) The Employer and the Union agree to display the I.A.T.S.E. Local 118 Emblem in a conspicuous place in the lobby of the Richmond Gateway Theatre. Such emblem shall be of mutually acceptable size and location. The Employer shall include the I.A.T.S.E. Local 118 Emblem on any promotional and program material where any other professional organizations are acknowledged.
