Program Faculty. The Sending Institution’s representative for this Agreement shall be a faculty member appointed and assigned by the Sending Institution, who will be responsible for implementation of the Program.

Program Faculty. A. The Host Institution will provide faculty for the Program, who shall be employees of the Host Institution.
Program Faculty. Aurora shall require the Program to appoint a Program Director and Medical Director who shall be responsible for overall coordination of the Students' experience in the Program, and such clinical instructors as are required to provide appropriate instruction to Students. SDMS shall require each faculty member to: (i) maintain required licensure or certification; (ii) possess adequate experience and competence in his or her area of practice; and
Program Faculty. For the portion of this program taught at UNIPI, the faculty will be faculty from either UIC or UNIPI who are approved by UIC-XXX for this purpose. The UNIPI faculty teaching in this program at UNIPI will be granted affiliated faculty status at UIC-XXX for the duration of this agreement, following a review process at UIC-XXX for granting such status. UNIPI faculty will be considered for affiliated status at UIC-XXX upon proposal by the Committee. Any UIC faculty traveling to UNIPI to participate in this program will be responsible for their travel and living expenses. For the portion of this program taught at UIC, the faculty will be UIC-XXX faculty offering courses appropriate to the MS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Program Faculty. Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare-All Saints shall require the Program to appoint a Program Director and Medical Director who shall be responsible for overall coordination of the Students' experience in the Program, and such clinical instructors as are required to provide appropriate instruction to Students. SRT shall require each faculty member to: (i) maintain required licensure or certification; (ii) possess adequate experience and competence in his or her area of practice; and (iii) demonstrate an interest and ability in teaching. The student/faculty ratio shall be such as to ensure proper supervision and frequent assessment of Students' performance. The Program Director will plan and implement the professional training curriculum and will keep current objectives, goals, check-lists, and exams on file.

  • Research Support opioid abatement research that may include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Development cooperation 1. The Parties recognise that development cooperation is a crucial element of their Partnership and an essential factor in the realisation of the objectives of this Agreement as laid down in Article 1. This cooperation can take financial and non-financial forms.

  • Commercialization Intrexon shall have the right to develop and Commercialize the Reverted Products itself or with one or more Third Parties, and shall have the right, without obligation to Fibrocell, to take any such actions in connection with such activities as Intrexon (or its designee), at its discretion, deems appropriate.

  • Clinical 2.1 Provides comprehensive evidence based nursing care to patients including assessment, intervention and evaluation.

  • Treatment Program Testing The Employer may request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the employee has been referred by the employer for chemical dependency treatment or evaluation or is participating in a chemical dependency treatment program under an employee benefit plan, in which case the employee may be requested or required to undergo drug or alcohol testing without prior notice during the evaluation or treatment period and for a period of up to two years following completion of any prescribed chemical dependency treatment program.

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.

  • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. The School District commits to collecting longitudinal data as specified by the College, and making data and performance outcomes available to the College upon request. HB 1638 and SACSCOC require the collection of data points to be longitudinally captured by the School District, in collaboration with the College, will include, at minimum: student enrollment, GPA, retention, persistence, completion, transfer and scholarships. School District will provide parent contact and demographic information to the College upon request for targeted marketing of degree completion or workforce development information to parents of Students. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
