Programme Management and Coordination. SP and AP shall be responsible for implementation of Programme activities under their respective sub-Programmes, which shall be supported through the following activities: - establishment of a Provincial Programme Coordination Unit (PPCU) within each Department of Planning and Investment (DPI) of the Programme Provinces, and the establishment of a District Programme Coordination Unit (DPCU) within the District Planning Office (DPO) in each Programme District. - establishment of a Socio-economic Development Coordination Committees (SEDCC) in each of the Programme Provinces and Districts. - construction and equipping of small office buildings at the provincial level in AP and in the three Programme Districts in AP to house the PPCU and DPCU in the AP sub- Programme (in AP only). - provision of office equipment, vehicles and motorcycles, staff salaries, allowance, staff training, annual impact assessments and other operating budgets. - financing of annual district and provincial level planning and monitoring workshops and meetings of the SEDCCs at district and provincial level. - establishment of a small liaison office in the Borrower’s capital, staffed with one person from each Programme Province.
