Progression on Salary Grid. (a) Each full-time Employee will be advanced from her present level to the next level twelve (12) months after she was last advanced. (b) Each part-time, casual or temporary Employee will be advanced from her present level to the next level, as set out in Schedule “A”, on the basis of 1725 hours worked after she was last advanced. No part-time, casual or temporary Employee shall be advanced to the next level until at least twelve (12) months after she was last advanced.

(b) Each part-time employee shall move up one (1) increment on the salary scale after obtaining one year's service credit, calculated on the basis of one year's service credit equals seventeen hundred and sixty (1760) hours worked. It is understood, however, that part-time employees shall receive no more than one (1) increment on the salary scale per calendar year.
