Progression on Vacation Schedule (Part-Time. Effective October 10, 1986 part-time employees, including casual employees, shall accumulate service for the purpose of progression on the vacation scale, on the basis of one year for each 1725 hours worked. Notwithstanding the above, employees hired prior to October 10, 1986 will be credited with the service they held for the purpose of progression on the vacation scale under the agreement expiring September 28, 1985 and will thereafter accumulate service in accordance with this Article.

Progression on Vacation Schedule (Part-Time. Part-time employees shall accumulate service for the purpose of progression on the vacation scale, on the basis of one year for each 1650 hours worked. Notwithstanding the above, employees hired prior to September, 2000 will be credited with the service they held for the purpose of progression on the vacation scale under the respective Agreements with their former Employers and will thereafter accumulate service in accordance with this Article. Part-time employees shall apply for leave of absence without pay for vacation purposes in accordance with their earned entitlement as prescribed below. Part-time employees shall be entitled to receive vacation payment in accordance with their earned entitlement, as prescribed by the above, such amount to be paid bi-weekly.
