Prohibited Use of Services. No Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Use or Content You may not use, encourage, promote, facilitate or instruct others to use, the Services or Acquia Site for any illegal, harmful or offensive use, or to transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make available content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive. Prohibited activities or content include but are not limited to:

Prohibited Use of Services x. Xxxxxxxx shall not use any Service in a manner that Snohomish County reasonably determines may adversely affect Snohomish County systems, Snohomish County b. By executing this SWO, Stanwood acknowledges and agrees that Snohomish County may monitor any activity and content associated with the use of the Services. Snohomish County may cooperate with law enforcement agencies in any investigation related to the use of a Snohomish County Service and investigate any complaint or reported violation of law or Snohomish County policy. Snohomish County may take action in response to requests Snohomish County reasonably deems to be legally enforceable. Action may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspension, or termination of a Service; removal of materials on a Snohomish County-hosted web site; or disclosure of information agencies, such as user contact details, IP addressing and traffic information, usage history, posted content, to law enforcement .
Prohibited Use of Services. In addition to the acts prohibited in Sections 4.1.1, your User Content and/or your use of the Services may not: (i) constitute, promote, facilitate or permit gambling; (ii) include, promote or facilitate child pornography or other illegal activities, including without limitation, activities that might be libelous or defamatory, or otherwise malicious or harmful to any person or entity, or that discriminate based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; (iii) distribute, share or facilitate the distribution or sharing of unauthorized data, malware, viruses, Trojan horses, spyware, worms, or other malicious or harmful code; or (iv) violate, misappropriate or infringe the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of Maxeler, its affiliates or any third party.
Prohibited Use of Services. You may not: • Receive or use, or assist others in receiving or using, any Service or Service feature without authorization; • resell, distribute or duplicate the Service; or • use the Service in any way that may violate law, your Agreement, third party property or other rights or Mediacom policies. If you do any of the foregoing or you or any user of any Service violates your Agreement in any other way, Mediacom may: • restrict, suspend or terminate your access to one or more Services; • report the matter to law enforcement; and • pursue any other lawful right or remedy. We may do any of this without prior notice to you (unless mandated by law) and shall not be liable to you or any other Service user for any consequences.

  • Prohibited Uses You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. Additionally, you agree not to: • Use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Website, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Website. • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Website for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the Website. • Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the Website, or for any other purpose not expressly authorized in these Terms of Use, without our prior written consent. • Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Website. • Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Website, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Website. • Attack the Website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. • Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Website.

  • Prohibited Use You may not use the Website for any of the following purposes:

  • Prohibited use of card (a) You must not use the card, and/or otherwise operate the card account to pay the current balance. (b) You shall not use and we will not permit the card to be used to effect any card transaction which would contravene the laws of any jurisdiction.

  • Use of Services Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Stripe grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license during the Term to access the Documentation, and access and use the Stripe Technology, as long as your access and use is (a) solely as necessary to use the Services; (b) solely for your business purposes; and (c) in compliance with this Agreement and the Documentation.

  • Use of Service Areas The service areas, as located within the Project, shall be ear- marked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, Pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association for rendering maintenance services.

  • Permitted and Prohibited Uses 1.1. The Data may only be used for linguistic education and research, including but not limited to information retrieval, document understanding, machine translation or speech recognition. 1.2. User shall not publish, retransmit, display, redistribute, reproduce or commercially exploit the Data in any form, except that User may include limited excerpts from the Data in articles, reports and other documents describing the results of User’s linguistic education and research.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • General Scope of Services Contractor promises and agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply professional services, as more particularly described in Exhibit B (Statement of Work and Misc. Documents) attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively “Services”). All Services shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with, this Contract, the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

  • Use of Service Each Party shall make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its Customers comply with the provisions of this Agreement (including, but not limited to the provisions of applicable Tariffs) applicable to the use of Services purchased by it under this Agreement.
