Third Party Property definition

Third Party Property means Improvements, Equipment and inventory located on the Refinery Land owned by Persons not a Party, that are not owned by or leased to Seller and that are listed on Schedule 1.01G.
Third Party Property means property belonging to any person or entity other than the foster family or foster child.
Third Party Property means any real or personal property, plant, building, facility, structure, underground storage tank or unit or equipment owned, leased or operated by any Person other than the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (including, without limitation, any surface water thereon or adjacent thereto and soil and ground water thereunder).

Examples of Third Party Property in a sentence

  • If MeetKai incorporates its own Technology or any Third Party Property into the Front End Stack, MeetKai hereby grants Customer a perpetual, irrevocable, paid up, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to copy, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works of and otherwise use such Technology and Third Party Property solely as incorporated into the Front End Stack (such MeetKai Technology and Third Party Property will remain owned, respectively by MeetKai or the third party).

  • Subject to compliance with the first sentence of this Section 5.5, to the extent any Third Party Property incorporated in the Front End Stack is subject to any third party terms and conditions, then Customer’s use of such Third Party Property will be pursuant to such terms and conditions.

  • MeetKai will expressly identify in the SOW any Third Party Property that will be incorporated into the Front End Stack or will otherwise obtain Customer’s prior written approval prior to the incorporation thereof.


More Definitions of Third Party Property

Third Party Property means improvements, equipment, inventory and any other Personal Property located on the Real Property as of the Effective Time that are not owned by or leased or rented to a Seller Company.
Third Party Property means equipment, designs, materials and other property embodied in Third Party Components that are procured by IAC or Sonos (as designated in the applicable Statement of Work) and incorporated into the Product.
Third Party Property means property the ownership of which is held by a person other than the petroleum undertaking, operator or owner concerned, or of con- tractors or subcontractors to that petroleum undertaking, operator or owner that are carrying out work in connection with a designated petroleum activity;
Third Party Property means those portions of the Deliverables in which the intellectual property is owned by a third party.
Third Party Property shall have the meaning set forth in §17.C.
Third Party Property means all items of Personal Property located at -------------------- each of the Facilities which are (i) owned by Employees, residents, other persons furnishing food or services to such Facilities, or other third parties, or (ii) leased pursuant to the Equipment Leases with respect to such Facilities.
Third Party Property means any Technology or Intellectual Property Rights therein owned by any individual, entity, or other person other than a Party or an Affiliate of a Party. For the avoidance of doubt, “Third Party Property” may include open source software.
