Third Party Property definition

Third Party Property means Improvements, Equipment and inventory located on the Refinery Land owned by Persons not a Party, that are not owned by or leased to Seller and that are listed on Schedule 1.01G.
Third Party Property means property belonging to any person or entity other than the foster family or foster child.
Third Party Property means improvements, equipment, inventory and any other Personal Property located on the Real Property as of the Effective Time that are not owned by or leased or rented to a Seller Company.

More Definitions of Third Party Property

Third Party Property means any real or personal property, plant, building, facility, structure, underground storage tank or unit or equipment owned, leased or operated by any Person other than the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (including, without limitation, any surface water thereon or adjacent thereto and soil and ground water thereunder).
Third Party Property means equipment, designs, materials and other property embodied in Third Party Components that are procured by IAC or Sonos (as designated in the applicable Statement of Work) and incorporated into the Product.
