The University and the Union mutually recognize the deleterious effect that sexual harassment or other unlawful harassment has on the University’s educational and professional environment. The University and the Union are committed to maintaining a University environment free of unlawful sexual harassment or unlawful harassment based on race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status or political organization.
