PROHIBITION OF STRIKES. 23.1 Employees covered by this Agreement and the PBA, its officers, agents and representatives agree that they will not engage in any strike activities. 23.2 Employees covered by this Agreement, the PBA or its Officers, Agents or Representatives, agreed that Section 447.505 of the Florida Public Employees Relations Act prohibits them individually or collectively as public employees or the PBA from participating in a strike against the Palm Beach County School District, the employer, by instigating or supporting in any manner a strike.
