The County shall permit the F.O.P. to use bulletin boards designated by the Sheriff, in the assembly rooms and off-site facilities for posting of F.O.P. meetings and elections, reports of F.O.P. committees, and other notices or announcements that would be of benefit or interest to the employees.

BULLETIN BOARDS AND BALLOT BOXES. (a) The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union at each workplace, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement of the parties. Such bulletin boards shall be used by the Union to post official Union communications relating to official Union business.
