Project and Consortium Management. The CAO and their team will manage all reporting for the project – both financial and administrative – and the liaison with partners in the EGI-InSPIRE project and the EC. It includes cost statement collection and analysis, interim payment coordination and transfer, and budget monitoring and reporting. The PD provides the managerial liaison with collaborating projects, engagement with the business community, and other European and International infrastructures. The main internal management function is the chairing of the Activity Management Board (AMB) by the PD, and the support of the Project Management Board (PMB) and Collaboration Board (CB) by the Project Office. The CAO will coordinate administrative representatives of each NGI through the Project Administrative Committee (PAC). A fund of €180,000 is requested to provide travel support for unfunded partners and collaborators in Asia Pacific and North America to collaborate with EGI-InSPIRE.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems.
