Project Engagement. Contracted firms may be engaged on projects based on their expertise, the project location, and firm’s past performance, among other things. Typically, XXXXX’s clients will identify a project and DASNY and the client will work together to select a firm from the available listing of firms. After DASNY, the client, and the selected firm concur on the scope, schedule, and fee of the services to be provided, a project specific Work Authorization will be issued to the firm to provide the services as agreed upon. A Sample Work Authorization is attached to this RFP for reference.
Project Engagement. 3.1. If you require Services from us, then you must give us as much detail as possible of any Requirement or specific Deliverables you need and we will endeavour to respond within five (5) Business Days with a draft proposal. We prepare draft proposals first because there can be a degree of back and forth involved, and we prepare them with a view to being able to use that detail in order to prepare a draft Service Order Form. Each Service Order Form will usually follow the same format as the template attached to this Agreement. 3.2. It is possible that we might uncover some new requirements you hadn’t considered, or we might alternatively need further information where we think that is reasonably required (and/or a further Data Capture Document) and we reserve the right to ask you further questions before, during and after preparing proposals and Service Order Forms where we realistically need further information from you, including any situation where we consider that you would be best placed to provide or confirm certain information that we feel is important to get right. 3.3. If you need anything specific adding to the Service Order Form or this Agreement for your internal process/compliance purposes (for example: the need to include a PO number), then please let us know as soon as possible during this process so that we can take your administrative requirements into account.
