Project Manager's Written Decision. If a claim has not been resolved after consideration of the foregoing and of other evidence presented by the parties or requested by the Project Manager, the Project Manager will notify the parties in writing that the Project Manager's decision will be made within seven (7) days. Upon expiration of such time period, the Project Manager will render to the parties its written decision relative to the claim, including any change in the Contract sum or Contract time or both. The Project Manager may, but is not obligated to, notify the surety and request the surety's assistance in resolving the controversy.

Project Manager's Written Decision. The Project Manager will review the Dispute and issue a written decision to CMR and Architect within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the demand for review and supporting documentation are received.
