Project Narrative and Supporting Documentation. The Project Narrative describes your project. It consists of Sections A through D. Sections A-D together may not be longer than 25 pages. (Remember that if your Project Narrative starts on page 5 and ends on page 30, it is 26 pages long, not 25 pages.) More detailed instructions for completing each section of the Project Narrative are provided in Section V – Application Review Information of this document. The Supporting Documentation provides additional information necessary for the review of your application. This supporting documentation must be attached to your application using the Other Attachments Form from the Xxxxxx.xxx application package. Additional instructions for completing these sections and page limitations for Biographical Sketches/Position Descriptions are included in PART II: Section II-3.1, Required Application Components, and Appendix D, Biographical Sketches and Position Descriptions.   • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels and performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work. The Owner and Architect acknowledge that, in order to perform the Work, the Contractor will provide additional information, including Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other similar submittals, which the Architect shall review in accordance with Section 3.6.4.

  • Software and Documentation Licensee may make as many copies of the Software necessary for it to use the Software as licensed. Each copy of the Software made by Licensee must contain the same copyright and other notices that appear on the original copy. Licensee will not modify the Documentation. Documentation may: (a) only be used to support Licensee’s use of the Software; (b) not be republished or redistributed to any unauthorized third party; and (c) not be distributed or used to conduct training for which Licensee, or any other party, receives a fee. Licensee will not copy any system schema reference document related to the Software.
