Project Outcomes Report. The Recipient agrees to report, in a format and at a frequency determined by the Province, on progress towards achieving the following project outcomes measures as well as confirmation of meeting these measures that were identified in their application to the Province for project funding consideration: • Increased capacity to generate clean energy and increased energy efficiency of buildings The Recipient also agrees to meet with representatives of the Province to discuss the progress of the Project at a frequency determined by the Province. Project Outcomes Report. (a) If the Capital-Planning Designation in section 2 of schedule F is “Capital,” then the Designated Subrecipient shall submit to the USDOT and the Recipient, not later than January 31 of the year that follows the final calendar year during which data was collected under section 8.02 of this Agreement, a Project Outcomes Report that contains: 1) a narrative discussion detailing project successes and the influence of external factors on project expectations; 2) all baseline and post-construction performance measurement data that the Designated Subrecipient reported in the Baseline Performance Measurement Report and the Post-construction Performance Measurement Reports; and 3) an ex post examination of project effectiveness relative to the baseline data that the Designated Subrecipient reported in the Baseline Performance Measurement Report.
Project Outcomes Report. The Recipient shall submit to MARAD, on or before the Project Outcomes Report Date that is stated in Attachment C, a Project Outcomes Report that contains: (1) a narrative discussion detailing project successes and the influence of external factors on project expectations; (2) all baseline and interim performance measurement data that the Recipient reported in the Pre-project Outcome Performance Measurement Report and the Interim Performance Measurement Reports; and (3) an ex post examination of project effectiveness relative to the baseline data that the Recipient reported in the Pre-project Outcome Performance Measurement Report.

  • Progress Report By March 1 of each year, ***** will submit a written annual report to Stanford covering the preceding calendar year. The report will include information sufficient to enable Stanford to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Government and for Stanford to ascertain progress by ***** toward meeting this Agreement’s diligence requirements. Each report will describe, where relevant: *****’s progress toward commercialization of Licensed Product, including work completed, key scientific discoveries, summary of work-in-progress, current schedule of anticipated events or milestones, market plans for introduction of Licensed Product, and significant corporate transactions involving Licensed Product. ***** will specifically describe how each Licensed Product is related to each Licensed Patent.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Final Project Report Prepare a Final Project Report that addresses, to the extent feasible, comments made by the Grant Manager on the Draft Final Project Report. Submit one (1) reproducible master and an electronic copy of the final. Upload an electronic copy of the final report in pdf format to the FAAST system.

  • Progress Reporting 5. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing, these reports will be submitted at the end of every Quarter. The final report will be submitted no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the end the Programme and will be provided together with the FACE form.

  • Development Reports Beginning six months after Effective Date and ending on the date of first commercial sale of a Licensed Product in the United States, LICENSEE shall report to Cornell progress covering LICENSEE's (and Affiliate's and Sublicensee's) activities and efforts in the development of rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement for the preceding six months. The report shall include, but not be limited to, activities and efforts to develop and test all Licensed Products and obtain governmental approvals necessary for marketing the same. Such semi-annual reports shall be due within sixty days (60) of the reporting period and shall use the form as provided herein as Appendix C.

  • Project Reports The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Association. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Association not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • Project Completion Report At the completion of construction and once a Project is placed in service, the Subrecipient must submit a Project Completion Report that includes the total number of units built and leased, affordable units built and leased, DR-MHP units built and leased, an accomplishment narrative, and the tenants names, demographics and income for each DR-MHP unit.

  • Management Report Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to Borrower or any other Loan Party by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of Borrower or any other Loan Party.

  • Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM.   • Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
