Project Preconstruction and Construction Phase Schedules. Upon award of the Contract, the CM Firm shall review the Owner-furnished PSC’s (Architect/Engineer’s) Contract Documents/ architectural and/or engineering drawings and specifications and prepare an updated and expanded critical path method (CPM) Project construction schedule based on the p r e l i m i n a r y schedule included as a part of the attached response to the request for proposal (RFP). The CM Firm shall advise the Owner and the PSC (Architect/Engineer) when the Project construction schedule has not been met and update the Project construction schedule when required to correct/revise the sequencing to bring the Project in on schedule and deliver the completed Project within the original agreed upon Project construction schedule time/duration. The critical path method (CPM) Project construction schedule shall incorporate all required Contract Document modifications and pre-Bid activities as well as construction operations of the Project including, but not limited to, a realistic activity/time sequence and Project construction schedule duration, review and approval of shop drawings and color/material samples, delivery of "long-lead" items, etc., where applicable. The updated critical path method (CPM) Project construction schedules must be reviewed and provided monthly (or more frequent if specifically noted) and all claims for time extensions developed by the Trade Contractors must be supported by the critical path method (CPM) Project construction schedule.

Related to Project Preconstruction and Construction Phase Schedules

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Project Construction The Contractor agrees to provide continuous on-site supervision on each Job Order, while progress on the project is being accomplished. The Contractor’s Project Manager will ensure:

  • Pre-Construction Phase Employer’s Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Comprehensive General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability in the amounts as set forth in the UGSC.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE FEE The Pre-Construction Phase Fee is the total compensation payable to Contractor for the performance of Pre-Construction Phase Services, except for Additional Pre-Construction Phase Services approved in advance and in writing by Owner. The Pre-Construction Phase Fee shall be a lump sum amount based on the AACC established in this Agreement.

  • Coordination of Design and Construction Contract Documents 5.5.1 Review model(s), Drawings, Specifications and other Construction Documents as they are developed by A/E during the Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents design phases of the Project.

  • BUILDER’S RISK FOR CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION PROJECTS If the project is CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION of an existing structure, and the State has already determined that Contractor will not be obligated to obtain and maintain Builder’s Risk insurance, then the following provisions apply:

  • ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the Act.

  • Preconstruction Phase Services Preconstruction Phase Services shall mean all services described in Article 3.1, and any similar services described in the Request for Proposals, including such similar services as are described in the Construction Manager at Risk’s Response to the Request for Proposals to the extent they are accepted by Owner, but excluding any Early Work. Early Work shall be considered part of Construction Phase Services.
