Promotional Links. The Affiliate may receive—or the Company may make available to the Affiliate—banner, button, or text links to the Program Sites (the “Promotional Links”). The Promotional Links may contain logos or identifying marks. The Affiliate’s use of the Promotional Links will at all times be subject to this agreement. The Affiliate may display the Promotional Links in accordance with its own site design, on condition that the Affiliate does not alter, modify, or expand the Promotional Links in any way without the Company’s advance written consent.

Promotional Links. Commencing on the Launch Date and continuing throughout the Term, the Institution shall establish and maintain on each of the Institution Sites a navigation “shop” tab that links directly to the Home Page (or other applicable page) of the Institution Online Store. Any links shall be in the form provided by the Operator.
Promotional Links. For orders to be eligible to receive commissions, they must be placed through an Affiliate Link placed on a website, social media page, blog, or within a newsletter. NBN shall make available to the Affiliate certain banner advertisements, text links, and/or other graphic or textual material for display and use on the Affiliate media platform (“Links”). Affiliate shall display the Links on their media platform prominently and as Affiliate sees fit, provided that the manner of display shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Affiliate shall also include a link from the Links to NBN’s website, as specified by NBN.

  • Promotional Probation a. An employee on promotional probation may be failed at any time without right of appeal or hearing, except as provided in C.3., below, and except that failing an employee on promotional probation must not be arbitrary, capricious or unreasonable. b.   • Promotional Activities ‌ 19 At the request of North Sound BH-ASO, Provider shall display promotional materials in its 20 offices and facilities as practical, in accordance with applicable law and cooperate with and 21 participate in all reasonable marketing efforts. (b) During the term of this Agreement, the Manager agrees to furnish the Sub-Adviser at its principal office all prospectuses, proxy statements, reports to shareholders, or Marketing Materials prepared for distribution to shareholders of each Series, or the public that refer to the Sub-Adviser in any way, prior to the use thereof, and the Manager shall not use any such materials if the Sub-Adviser reasonably objects in writing within five business days (or such other period as may be mutually agreed) after receipt thereof. The Sub-Adviser’s right to object to such materials is limited to the portions of such materials that expressly relate to the Sub-Adviser, its services and its clients. The Manager agrees to use its reasonable best efforts to ensure that materials prepared by its employees or agents or its affiliates that refer to the Sub-Adviser or its clients in any way are consistent with those materials previously approved by the Sub-Adviser as referenced in the first sentence of this paragraph. Marketing Materials may be furnished to the Sub-Adviser by first class or overnight mail, facsimile transmission equipment, electronic delivery or hand delivery.
