Promotional Probationary Periods. Promotional employees shall serve a ninety (90) day probationary period. If the promoted employee does not perform to the satisfaction of the performance appraisal and/or supervisor, they would return to the previous position and to the same pay as they were before. During the probationary period the employee will be evaluated at least every thirty (30) days. The probationary period may be extended by the College, provided the College indicates to the employee and the Union the reasons for the extension.
