Promotions Appeals. These appeal procedures replace grievance and arbitration (Article 6) for Promotions procedures and decisions. The decision of the Promotion Appeals Committee shall be final and binding on both Parties and the applicant. The Promotion Appeals Committee is an Arbitration Board under the Manitoba Labour Relations Act.
