Property Access and Security. UniLodge City Gardens has policy and procedure in place to provide Tenants with a safe and secure environment. However, Tenants must ensure the following measures are taken to maintain an appropriate level of security:

Property Access and Security. Urbanest has robust policies and procedures in place to provide Residents with a safe and secure environment, however Residents must ensure the following measures are taken to maintain an appropriate level of security: • Room Keys must not be left unattended. • Room Keys are for individual use only and must not be shared with other Residents or non-residents at any time. • When leaving the Room all doors and windows must be locked. • Residents must not allow anyone to follow them into the building. Access to the property is restricted to Residents only and all Residents have been provided with a Key. • Residents must not access unauthorised areas of the property (e.g. roof areas not designed for Resident’s use, back office, control rooms etc) under any circumstances. • Residents must not obstruct access to fire exists, wheelchair ramps, property access points or Room/apartment doors. • If a Resident is locked out of the Room appropriate identification must be provided to gain access to the Room. (Repeated lock outs may result in a fee being charged see ‘lockout charge’ in the Fees and Charges Schedule list provided in the Welcome Pack). • If a Resident loses their Key appropriate identification must be provided for a Key to be re-issued (see ‘Key replacement’ in the Fees and Charges Schedule list provided in the Welcome Pack). • Residents must report any suspicious people or behaviour to the Urbanest team; trespassers and any persons deemed to be unauthorised by the Urbanest team will be asked to leave the property immediately.

  • Access and Security Customer shall employ all physical, administrative and technical controls, screening and security procedures and other safeguards necessary to: (a) securely administer the distribution and use of all Access Credentials and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Hosted Services; and (b) control the content and use of Customer Data, including the uploading or other provision of Customer Data for Processing by the Hosted Services.

  • Passwords and Security You acknowledge that you will be the only authorized user of Firstrade Securities Inc.'s Electronic Services for your account(s). You will be fully responsible for the confidentiality and use of your user name(s) and password (s) and you agree that you will be fully and solely responsible for all activities, including brokerage transactions, which arise from the use of your user name (s) or password(s) (except as provided for in paragraph 5 below). You also agree that you will be fully and solely responsible for all activities, including brokerage transactions, which arise from your authorization to link your brokerage account(s) to any other Firstrade Securities Inc. account(s). You acknowledge that we may tape record conversations with you, whether in person or by telephone, for purposes of verification and you consent to such recording.

  • Password and Security If you are issued or create any password or other credentials to access the Service or the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered, you agree not to give or make available your password or credentials to any unauthorized individuals, and you agree to be responsible for all actions taken by anyone to whom you have provided such credentials. If you believe that your credentials have been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use them to access the Site or Service without your consent, you must inform us at once at the telephone number provided in Section 6 of the General Terms above. See also Section 16 of the General Terms above regarding how the timeliness of your notice impacts your liability for unauthorized transfers.

  • Data and Security If Contractor is granted access to Court Data, Confidential Information or Court Work Locations in the performance of the Work;

  • Zone File Access Agreement Registry Operator will enter into an agreement with any Internet user, which will allow such user to access an Internet host server or servers designated by Registry Operator and download zone file data. The agreement will be standardized, facilitated and administered by a Centralized Zone Data Access Provider, which may be ICANN or an ICANN designee (the “CZDA Provider”). Registry Operator (optionally through the CZDA Provider) will provide access to zone file data per Section 2.1.3 of this Specification and do so using the file format described in Section 2.1.4 of this Specification. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) the CZDA Provider may reject the request for access of any user that does not satisfy the credentialing requirements in Section 2.1.2 below; (b) Registry Operator may reject the request for access of any user that does not provide correct or legitimate credentials under Section 2.1.2 below or where Registry Operator reasonably believes will violate the terms of Section 2.1.5. below; and, (c) Registry Operator may revoke access of any user if Registry Operator has evidence to support that the user has violated the terms of Section 2.1.5 below.

  • DATA HANDLING AND SECURITY It will always be the responsibility of the selected Contractor to manage data transfer and to secure all data appropriately during the project to prevent unauthorized access to all data, products, and deliverables.

  • Data Protection and Security A. In this Agreement the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them:

Each Party shall ensure that enterprises of the other Party have access to and use of any public telecommunications network or service, including leased circuits, offered in its territory or across its borders on a timely basis and on terms and conditions that are reasonable and non-discriminatory such as those set out in paragraphs 2 to 6.
