PROPERTY DEDICATION. A. The Developer shall provide a 15-foot utility easement for all sewer lines buried up to 7 feet deep. Easement requirements for locations where sewer lines are more than 7 feet deep shall be determined on a case-by-case basis by Van Buren Municipal Utilities. All sanitary sewers shall be centered in the easement unless otherwise approved or directed by Van Buren Municipal Utilities. Where sanitary sewers are constructed in the public right-of-way, the easement shall extend the distance outside the right-of-way necessary to provide the required easement width.

Easement widths required for locations where lines are more than 7 feet deep or installed between lots or buildings shall be determined on a case-by-case basis, and VBMU reserves the right to require the dedication of easements with widths greater than 15 feet. Water lines shall be installed as close to the center of the easement as possible.

  • PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS Improvements placed on National Forest System land at the direction of either of the parties, shall thereupon become property of the United States, and shall be subject to the same regulations and administration of the Forest Service as other National Forest improvements of a similar nature.   • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.
