Proposal Electronic File Instructions. Failure to comply with the following general requirements may result in rejection of the proposal unless otherwise stated with “shall.” • Proposals shall be marked with appropriate Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) markings in accordance with policies identified at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/. • Each page should include the Offeror’s name, proposal volume number, file name, date, solicitation number (and amendment, if applicable), and “Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)” in the header and/or footer. • Files shall not be locked, encrypted, or otherwise contain barriers to opening. • Compressed files (e.g. *.zip) and executable files (e.g. *.bat, *.exe, *.jar, *.vb, *.wsf) will NOT be accepted. • Unless an exception applies, offerors shall use Arial font with 12-point minimum font size. EXCEPTIONS: headers/footers with administrative information; tables, screenshots, illustrations, and/or images. The offeror shall not utilize the exceptions in a manner that circumvents the 12-point minimum font size requirement, i.e. putting the substantial portions of proposal in tables to circumvent using 12-point font. Exceptions to the 12- point Arial font minimum shall be 8-point Arial font or larger. • Unless an exception applies, offerors shall use the following page setup: o Margins – Top, Bottom, Left, Right - 1” o Gutter – 0” o From Edge – Header, Footer – 0.5” o Page Size – 8.5” x 11” EXCEPTIONS: Volume IV (Price) and an Organization Structure chart, if applicable, within Factor 1, Sub-element 1: Corporate Capability. Exceptions File names should: • include the Offeror name and corresponding proposal volume; • NOT include special characters (e.g. ~, #, %, &, *, {, }, \, :, <, >, ?, /, +, |, and ”); • be 40 characters or less and use “_” instead of spaces when possible; abbreviations are permissible within the file names. Microsoft (MS) Excel files shall: • be compatible with MS Office 2013. • be editable and executable by the Government and shall clearly show the calculations and formulas used in each cell. • NOT include hidden formulas or protected cells; shall show the formulas used to calculate the rates/factors for each entry and shall not be included as an un-executable, un- editable, or flat file such as an embedded picture (Enhanced Metafile). • mathematical explanations shall be provided for any embedded macro/extended formula utilized, clearly describing the functioning of the macro or extended formula.   • Paper Copies of electronic bills If you start receiving electronic bills from a Xxxxxx, the Xxxxxx may stop sending you paper or other statements. The ability to receive a paper copy of your statement(s) is at the sole discretion of the Xxxxxx. Check with the individual Xxxxxx regarding your ability to obtain paper copies of electronic bills on a regular or as-requested basis.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement If you want to reverse an electronic re-presented check, you must give us an affidavit within 15 days after we send or make available to you the periodic statement that reflects payment of that electronic re-presented check. In your affidavit, you must declare and swear under oath that the electronic re-presented check was ineligible or unauthorized. If we receive a proper notice or affidavit from you within the 15-day period, we will recredit your account with the amount of the charge. If you wish to stop payment on any electronic re-presented check, you must follow the procedures contained in this Agreement for stopping payment of checks, not the procedures for stopping payment on electronic loan or xxxx payments. If you ask us to request the depositor’s bank to send us the original paper check or a copy of the paper check, and we provide it to you, you agree that you will not seek to have your account recredited due to a prior stop payment order or if the item is otherwise ineligible for collection.

  • Electronic Files a. It is the Buyer's responsibility to maintain a copy of any original Electronic File provided by the Buyer.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer Upon reinstatement by Xxxxxxxx, this Security Instrument and obligations secured hereby shall remain fully effective as if no acceleration had occurred. However, this right to reinstate shall not apply in the case of acceleration under Section 18.

  • Electronic Documents We may make periodic statements, disclosures, notices, and other documents available to you electronically, and, subject to any delivery and receipt verification procedures required by law, you agree to receive such documents electronically and to check the statements for accuracy. If you believe any such statement contains incorrect information, you must follow the procedures set forth in the Related Agreement(s).

  • Electronic Records You acknowledge and agree that we may in our discretion store all records electronically; and that we will not retain and have no obligation to retain any original documents for any period of time. This applies to all documentation including but not limited to checks, transaction records, notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other loan and/or security documentation. We will routinely destroy all original documentation. We may store records electronically via imaging, scanning, filming or other technology used in the financial services industry for the storage of documentation via internal processes or third-party processors that we approve for these services. You agree that such storage shall be secure, and further agree that such records shall for all purposes be recognized and admissible in evidence or otherwise to prove the agreements, rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to any such records.

  • Cancellation of electronic bill notification The electronic Xxxxxx reserves the right to cancel the presentment of electronic bills at any time. You may cancel electronic bill presentment at any time. The timeframe for cancellation of your electronic bill presentment may vary from Xxxxxx to Xxxxxx. It may take up to sixty (60) days, depending on the billing cycle of each Xxxxxx. We will notify your electronic Xxxxxx(s) as to the change in status of your account and it is your sole responsibility to make arrangements for an alternative form of bill delivery. We will not be responsible for presenting any electronic bills that are already in process at the time of cancellation.

  • Electronic Auctions Where a procuring entity intends to conduct a covered procurement using an electronic auction, the entity shall provide each participant, before commencing the electronic auction, with:

  • Electronic Notice An electronic communication (“Electronic Notice”) shall be deemed written notice for purposes of this Section 16 if sent to the electronic mail address specified by the receiving party under separate cover.
