Price Workbook. The Offeror shall complete Attachment 02 – SETA III Price Workbook provided with this solicitation (to include all Worksheets within the Workbook) to submit prices for the entire five year ordering period, excluding material and travel amounts for which the Government has provided estimated fixed amounts for evaluation purposes within Ordering Period 1 through Ordering Period 5 worksheets. Offerors may not alter pre-existing formulas within the workbook. No other changes to the workbook are allowed. Furthermore, utilizing the “Labor Category Exemption Status” worksheet, Offerors shall identify if the individual Labor Categories are Exempt or Non-Exempt from Service Contract Labor Standards. Based on analysis conducted by the SETA III Procuring Contracting Officer, it is anticipated that the SETA III Labor Categories are Exempt based on the positions being considered executive, administrative or professional in nature. Offerors must self-certify exemption status within the Price Workbook after review of Section J, Attachment 04, Wage Determinations for Orange County, Florida. Requisite Service Contract Labor Standards clauses, to include exemption clauses, have been incorporated within Section I and Section K. The resultant contract will reflect the clauses’ applicability or exemption based on the information proposed. Utilization of the Excel Price Workbook provided is mandatory and “.pdf” files are not acceptable. The SETA III Proposal Price Workbook shall not be changed, reformatted, or otherwise altered, except as noted in the “Instructions” contained in the Price Workbook, to allow for data input by the Offeror. The submitted Price Workbook shall not be password protected. The Offeror shall submit maximum allowable fully burdened ceiling labor rates for every labor category in the Price Workbook, regardless of the number of hours projected by the Government for any labor category. The Offeror must propose one fixed fully burdened ceiling rate for each level of labor category. All proposed fully burdened labor rates and G&A rate are fixed and binding throughout all ordering periods of the contract. Labor Category definitions are found within Attachment B of this solicitation. Price Workbook. The estimated quantities provided by the City are not guaranteed. These quantities are listed for purposes of comparing cost proposals only. The actual quantities may vary depending on the demands of the City. Any variations from these estimated quantities shall not entitle the Proposer to an adjustment in the unit price or to any additional compensation. All pricing must be providing on the Pricing Workbook (Attachment C). Pricing shall not be “bundled”, all hardware and software will be priced on a “per unit bases”. Within the Price Workbook (in the description field) the Proposer will specify the following information (at a minimum) for all proposed hardware; make, model, type (tower, desktop, rack server. Etc.), processor type, processor speed, RAM type, RAM amount, RAM speed, OS type(s) and version, hard drive type, number of hard drives, hard drives size, hard drive speed, optical drive type, make and model of graphics cards, memory and speed of graphics cards, number of graphics cards required per device, keyboard type, mouse type, monitor type and size, number of monitors per device and warranty. Once that determination is made, and without human intervention, the server must be capable of contacting the supplying Proposer and requesting replacement components. The Proposer will maintain a support infrastructure that is fully operational 24 hours per day, and seven days per week. This infrastructure must be global in nature, and also accept calls from City personnel as they have questions or issues pertaining to the proposed solution.
Price Workbook. Offeror shall provide a completed Price Workbook and Supplies and Services Schedule IAW the Price Workbook directions provided in the RFP List of Attachments section. The Workbook contains additional instructions for completion.

When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • CONTRACTOR TO PACKAGE DELIVERABLES The Contractor will package deliverables in accordance with good commercial practice and shall include a packing list showing the description of each item, the quantity and unit price unless otherwise provided in the Specifications or Supplemental Terms and Conditions, each shipping container shall be clearly and permanently marked as follows: (a) The Contractor's name and address, (b) the City’s name, address and purchase order or purchase release number and the price agreement number if applicable, (c) Container number and total number of containers, e.g. box 1 of 4 boxes, and (d) the number of the container bearing the packing list. The Contractor shall bear cost of packaging. Deliverables shall be suitably packed to secure lowest transportation costs and to conform to all the requirements of common carriers and any applicable specification. The City's count or weight shall be final and conclusive on shipments not accompanied by packing lists.
