Proposal Preparation Cost. The City is not obligated to reimburse any Consultant for expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this RFP. All Consultants shall bear their own costs, fees, and expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this RFP.

  • Proposal Preparation The contractor shall assume all costs associated with preparation of proposals for task order awards under the proposal process as an indirect charge (B&P costs). The Government will not reimburse awardees for proposals as a direct charge.

Consulting Engineer/Architect's estimate of probable Construction Cost is to be made on the basis of Consulting Engineer/Architect's experience and qualifications and represent Consulting Engineer/Architect's best judgment as an experienced and qualified design professional, familiar with the construction industry.
