Proposed Attendance List for Lottery. Each year the Governing Board shall create an attendance list containing all the names of all prospective students on whose behalf a written request for admission was timely received by HCCS, separated by grade level. In addition, the proposed attendance list shall contain columns next to the name of each student, in which the Governing Board will designate admission preferences applicable to each prospective student. The columns shall be designated “A” for returning student preference; “B” for children of founders and full time employees preference; “C” for sibling preference, with a corresponding cross-reference to each of the siblings of the prospective student; and “D” for primary attendance area preference, and “E” for students residing outside the primary attendance area.
