The Union and Employer agree not to illegally discriminate in matters of hiring, training, promotion, transfer, layoff or discharge because of race, color, gender, gender identity, national origin, age, sexual orientation, genetic information, religion, marital status, parental status, political ideology, including affiliation or activity, active military service, veteran status, use of a service animal or the presence of a sensory, mental or physical disability and as provided under Executive Order or by law.
