Common use of Protection of Entitlements Clause in Contracts

Protection of Entitlements. The company will allow a bi-annual audit of accounts, the effect of which is to allow the TWU to be satisfied that accrued employee entitlements (including but not limited to annual leave, long service leave, rostered days off, unpaid superannuation contributions, redundancy entitlements and unpaid wages) are secure. The reasonable costs of such an audit will be met by the company.
