Protection of Security Procedures. You are strictly and solely responsible to establish and maintain procedures to safeguard against unauthorized transmissions of requests. You warrant that no individual will be allowed to initiate requests in the absence of proper supervision and safeguards, and agree to take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of the Security Procedures and of any passwords, codes, security devices and related instructions provided by us in connection with the Security Procedures. If you believe or suspect that any such information or instructions are known or have been accessed by unauthorized persons, you shall notify us immediately.

Protection of Security Procedures. You are strictly and solely responsible to establish and maintain procedures to safeguard against unauthorized transmissions of requests. You warrant that no individual will be allowed to initiate requests in the absence of proper supervision and safeguards, and agree to take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of the Security Procedures and of any PINs, codes, security devices and related instructions provided by us in connection with the Security Procedures. If you believe or suspect that any such information or instructions are known or have been accessed by unauthorized persons, you shall notify us immediately. Security Access We will assign a Company ID, User ID and PIN to the designated Company Administrator. However, the first time the Company Administrator and any authorized user log on to the Coast Online Pro, he or she will be prompted to immediately change the PIN. You will be responsible for any liability, loss, or damage resulting from our actions in accordance with instructions to us from any person you have authorized as a Company end-user. You shall promptly notify us of any suspected compromise of security involving the PINs and ID’s assigned. The Credit Union is authorized to rely on your PIN to identify you when you use Coast Online Pro and as signature authorization for any transactions performed. For security purposes, it is recommended that you memorize this PIN and do not write it down. It is recommended, that you change the PINs you assign to your employees on a regular basis, but no less frequently than 90 days. You agree to deactivate anyone who has had access to Coast Online Pro and is no longer employed or authorized by you to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your PIN and account data confidential. If you believe that your PIN may have been lost or stolen, or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission, immediately notify the Credit Union. Additionally, the designated Company Administrator will be able to determine which employees will have access to the various functions. The Credit Union recommends that you limit access to each function as appropriate; however, each individual may have access to multiple functions. You will be responsible for identifying those individuals who will be authorized to utilize the ACH Credit and Debit Entries and/or Wire Transfer functions. Protection of Security Procedures. Company agrees to maintain written procedures to safeguard against unauthorized transmissions, transactions, or Entries. Company warrants that no individual will be allowed to initiate Entries in the absence of proper supervision or training and safeguards, and agrees to take all reasonable and prudent steps to maintain the confidentiality of the Security Procedures and of any passwords, codes, security devices and related instructions provided by Bank in connection with the Security Procedures. If Company believes or suspects that any such information or instructions are known or have been accessed by an unauthorized person(s), Company will notify Bank immediately.

SCHOOL warrants that no individual will be allowed to initiate transfers in the absence of proper supervision and safeguards, and agrees to take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of the security procedures and of any passwords, codes, security devices and related items provided by FI or MWI in connection with the security procedures. If SCHOOL believes or suspects that any such information or instructions are known or have been accessed by unauthorized persons, SCHOOL shall notify FI and MWI immediately.

To the extent necessary, Bank may require Company to utilize secure Internet sessions and use of encryption technology to safeguard certain information. If Company believes or suspects that any such information or instructions are known or have been accessed by unauthorized persons, Company shall notify Bank immediately. Upon reasonable notice, Bank reserves the right to conduct periodic audit(s) not less than annually of Company’s records and technology controls to insure each is in compliance with this Agreement.

  • Security Procedures The Fund shall comply with data access operating standards and procedures and with user identification or other password control requirements and other security procedures as may be issued from time to time by State Street for use of the System on a remote basis and to access the Data Access Services. The Fund shall have access only to the Fund Data and authorized transactions agreed upon from time to time by State Street and, upon notice from State Street, the Fund shall discontinue remote use of the System and access to Data Access Services for any security reasons cited by State Street; provided, that, in such event, State Street shall, for a period not less than 180 days (or such other shorter period specified by the Fund) after such discontinuance, assume responsibility to provide accounting services under the terms of the Custodian Agreement.

  • Provision of Security At least thirty (30) Calendar Days prior to the commencement of the procurement, installation, or construction of a discrete portion of a Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, Developer shall provide Connecting Transmission Owner, at Developer’s option, a guarantee, a surety bond, letter of credit or other form of security that is reasonably acceptable to Connecting Transmission Owner and is consistent with the Uniform Commercial Code of the jurisdiction identified in Article 14.2.1 of this Agreement. Such security for payment shall be in an amount sufficient to cover the cost for the Developer’s share of constructing, procuring and installing the applicable portion of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, and shall be reduced on a dollar-for-dollar basis for payments made to Connecting Transmission Owner for these purposes.
