Common use of Provision for Immunizations Clause in Contracts

Provision for Immunizations. A) Where the Employer or Occupational Health and Safety Committee identifies high risk areas which expose nurses to infectious or communicable diseases for which there are protective immunizations available, such immunizations shall be provided at no cost to the employee. B) Employees who may be exposed in the course of their employment to Hepatitis B shall be entitled to receive the Hepatitis B vaccine free of charge.
