Provision of Agreement. The Board shall provide every employee with a printed copy of this agreement within thirty (30) days of the signing of this agreement by all parties. All newly appointed teachers shall be given a copy upon appointment. Preparation of the agreement shall be undertaken by the Board with the costs of production to be shared equally by the Board and the SSTA.
Provision of Agreement. 29. If any provision of this Agreement should be found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall not apply and this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect without the provision.
