Provision of Aircraft. TIMESHAROR agrees to provide the Aircraft to TIMESHAREE on a time sharing basis in accordance with the provisions of Sections 91.501(b)(6), 91.501(c)(1) and 91.501(d) of the FARs for the period commencing upon execution of this Agreement and continuing until terminated pursuant to Paragraph 15 below or by mutual agreement of the parties.

Provision of Aircraft. Domino’s agrees to provide the Aircraft to User on a time sharing basis in accordance with the provisions of 91.501(b)(6), 91.501(c)(1) and 91.501(d) of the FARs for a term of one (1) year commencing on the Effective Date. The term shall be automatically extended for additional one (1)-year terms on the same conditions as set forth herein unless earlier terminated pursuant to Paragraph 15 below.
Provision of Aircraft. BD agrees to provide the Aircraft to and operate Aircraft for Xx. Xxxxxx’x personal use, as permitted under the Resolution, on a time sharing basis in accordance with the provisions of §§ 91.501(b)(6), 91.501(c)(1) and 91.501(d) of the FARs for the term of this Agreement. To the extent the FARs and the Resolution conflict, the FARs shall govern.
Provision of Aircraft. The Owner agrees to provide the Aircraft to the User for purposes of personal travel on a time sharing basis in accordance with the provisions of 91.501(b)(6), 91.501(c)(1) and 91.501(d) of the FARs . The provision of the Aircraft hereunder shall commence on the date of this Agreement and terminate on the earlier of (a) the termination of this Agreement as provided in Xxxxxxxxx 00 xxxxxx, xx (x) the date the User ceases to be employed by Owner whether as a result of resignation, retirement, death or other termination, provided, however, that the term shall be extended to permit the User or User’s designees to complete any previously scheduled return flight for which the initial flight was begun during the term. The Owner shall have the right to add or substitute aircraft of similar type, quality, and equipment, and to remove aircraft from the fleet, from time to time during the term of this Agreement. The Owner shall send User a revised Exhibit A upon each such change in the Aircraft. User accepts the risk that the Owner may eliminate the fleet altogether, in which event the Owner shall have no responsibility to procure additional aircraft for User’s needs.
Provision of Aircraft. Lessor agrees to provide the Aircraft to Lessee on a time-sharing basis in accordance with the provisions of Sections 91.501(c)(1) and 91.501(d) of the FAR for the period commencing upon execution of this Agreement and continuing until terminated pursuant to Paragraph 19 below or by mutual agreement of the parties. ​
Provision of Aircraft. Company agrees to provide the Aircraft to Executive on a non-exclusive, time sharing basis from time to time as mutually agreed between the parties pursuant to the provisions of FAR Sections 91.501(b)(6), 91.501(c)(1) and 91.501(d) and to provide a fully qualified flight crew for all operations conducted under this Agreement.
Provision of Aircraft. CONTRACTOR shall provide COMPANY with: 1. Aircraft: Fixed Wings Jet Aircraft operated by an approved operator. 2. No history of major accidents, major repairs or corrosion. 3. Registration: To be confirmed on the charter itinerary. 4. Flight number: To be confirmed on the charter itinerary. 5. Engines + APU cycle information, 6. Seating capacity: 50-90 passenger seats. Jump seat should not be include on the pax seat number but mentioned in total seat capacity.

Provision of Aircraft. Operator agrees to allow User to use the Aircraft for personal travel on a non-exclusive, non-continuous time sharing basis in accordance with the provisions of §§91.501(b)(6), 91.501(c)(1) and 91.501(d) of the FARs and in accordance with company policy, as may be amended from time to time.
Provision of Aircraft. During any on-aircraft training (whether flight or maintenance training) performed pursuant to this Clause 4, the Buyer shall provide, at its own cost, an aircraft it owns and/or operates for the performance of such training. The Buyer shall bear full responsibility for the aircraft upon which the training is performed, including any required maintenance, all expenses such as fuel, oil or landing fees and the provision of insurance in accordance with Clause 6 of this Appendix 3.

  • Aircraft Maintenance Operator shall, at its own expense, cause the Aircraft to be inspected, maintained, serviced, repaired, overhauled, and tested in accordance with FAR Part 91 so that the Aircraft will remain in good operating condition and in a condition consistent with its airworthiness certification and shall take such requirements into account in scheduling the Aircraft hereunder, including but not limited compliance with applicable airworthiness directives and service bulletins. Performance of maintenance, preventive maintenance or inspection shall not be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling the Aircraft unless such maintenance or inspection can safely be conducted at a later time in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and requirements, and such delay or postponement is consistent with the sound discretion of the pilot-in-command. In the event that any non-standard maintenance is required during the term and will interfere with User’s requested or scheduled flights, Operator, or Operator’s pilot-in-command, shall notify User of the maintenance required, the effect on the ability to comply with User’s requested or scheduled flights and the manner in which the parties will proceed with the performance of such maintenance and conduct of such flight(s). In no event shall Operator be liable to User or any other person for loss, injury or damage occasioned by the delay or failure to furnish the Aircraft under this Agreement, whether or not maintenance-related.

  • ACCEPTANCE OF EQUIPMENT The State will provide a written acknowledgment to the Contractor when the Equipment is accepted and performing satisfactorily.

  • Maintenance of Equipment The Equipment shall be maintained in good operating condition and repair (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and all necessary replacements of and repairs thereto shall be made so that the value and operating efficiency of the Equipment shall be maintained and preserved. No Borrower shall use or operate the Equipment in violation of any law, statute, ordinance, code, rule or regulation. Each Borrower shall have the right to sell Equipment to the extent set forth in Section 4.3 hereof.

  • Installation of Equipment You represent that there are no legal, contractual or similar restrictions on the installation of the Equipment in the location(s) you have authorized. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, zoning ordinances, homeowners’ association rules, covenants, conditions, and restrictions related to the Service, to pay any fees or other charges, and to obtain any permits or authorizations necessary for the installation or use of the Service (collectively "Legal Requirements"). You are solely responsible for any fines or similar charges for violation of any applicable Legal Requirements. You acknowledge and agree that Viasat or its designated service provider will be required to access your premises and computer to install and maintain the Equipment, including, without limitation, the antenna and its components. Standard Equipment installations performed by Viasat-authorized installers include: (i) installation of the antenna to an outside wall or sloped roof; (ii) travel to and from your Service location within 50 miles of the installer’s office; (iii) cable routed through one exterior wall and one interior wall or floor; (iv) connection of the antenna to the modem using up to 150 feet of cable; (v) connection of the modem to one computer using up to 7 feet of cable; and (vi) required mounting and cabling hardware. Any different or additional installation services or hardware are non-standard and may result in additional charges to be agreed upon between you and the installer. All installations include attaching the Equipment to your computer, installing software on your computer and configuring your computer to optimize the performance of the Internet Service. You confirm that you have reviewed the installation plan and agreed to any associated charges. If you approved a roof mount, you acknowledge the potential risks associated with this type of installation (including, without limitation, with respect to any warranty that applies to your roof or roof membrane). By signing this Agreement, scheduling one or more service or installation visits, and permitting us or our service provider to enter your home, you are authorizing Viasat and its service provider to perform all of the above actions. You are responsible for backing up the data on your computer and we highly recommend that you do so prior to permitting access to us or one of our designated service providers. NEITHER VIASAT NOR ITS SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE EQUIPMENT OR ANY INSTALLATION, REPAIR OR OTHER SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGE TO YOUR PREMISES OR LOSS OF SOFTWARE, DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION FROM YOUR COMPUTER. This limitation does not apply to any damages arising from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of us or one of our designated service providers. Time frames for installation, if any, are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the types of services requested and other factors.
