Provision of Insurance. The Parties shall provide the insurance as specified in Attachment O on terms and conditions stated therein.

ARLP hereby agrees to cause each of the ARLP Entities, the AHGP Entities and the ARH II Entities to be named as additional insureds in ARLP’s insurance program, as in effect from time to time. If the Applicant is 18 years of age or older and is legally capable, he/she must sign the consent for medical treatment for himself/herself. Medical Release for MINOR (17 years of age or younger or otherwise incapacitated or disabled): I hereby give to (name of individual in charge of group) permission to authorize whatever medical treatment may be necessary in the case of (name of participant) I will not hold (name of individual in charge of group) or anyone connected with South Texas Children’s Home Ministries responsible in case of adverse results or problems that arise from such treatment. Signature – Parent/Guardian Date Medical Release for ADULT (18 years of age or older): I hereby give to (name of individual in charge of group) permission to authorize whatever medical treatment may be necessary for me,
Provision of Insurance. The Parties shall provide the insurance as specified in Attachment 15 on terms and conditions stated therein.
Provision of Insurance. The Sublessor has obligations, pursuant to the Headlease, in respect of insurance, and certain of those obligations will be satisfied by the insurance to be provided by the Sublessees. To assist in the orderly administration of insurance, each Sublessee will be required to obtain the insurance required by this Sublease, from an insurance broker designated by the Homeowners Corporation, and the insurance policies issued to the Sublessees shall have a common expiry date. The insurance shall comply in all respects with the requirements of the Headlease, including, without limitation, provisions relating to the Trustee in respect of insurance proceeds.

Contemporaneous with, and as a condition of, Owner’s issuance of NTP, Owner will execute the umbrella agreement set forth in Schedule O-2. Prior to NTP, references in this Agreement, including all Attachments, to Attachment O shall mean Schedule O-1; after NTP and the execution of the umbrella agreement, references in this Agreement, including all Attachments, to Attachment O shall mean the executed umbrella agreement.
Provision of Insurance. By action of the board of directors, notwithstanding any interest of the directors in the action, the corporation may purchase and maintain insurance, in such scope and amounts as the board of directors deems appropriate on behalf of any person who is or was a director, officer, employee, fiduciary or agent of the corporation, or who, while a director, officer, employee, fiduciary or agent of the corporation, is or was serving at the request of the corporation as a director, officer, partner, trustee, employee, fiduciary or agent of any other foreign or domestic corporation or of any partnership, joint venture, trust, profit or nonprofit unincorporated association, limited liability company or other enterprise or employee benefit plan, against any liability asserted against, or incurred by, him in that capacity arising out of his status as such, whether or not the corporation would have the power to indemnify him against such liability under the provisions of Article VI or applicable law. Any such insurance may be procured from any insurance company designated by the board of directors of the corporation, whether such insurance company is formed under the laws of Nevada or any other jurisdiction of the United States or elsewhere, including any insurance company in which the corporation has an equity interest or any other interest, through stock ownership or otherwise.
