Provisions for Overtime. a) All hours worked in excess of the normal or straight time hours as mentioned above shall be classed as overtime and shall be paid for at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times the employee’s standard rate per hour, calculated in units of fifteen (15) minutes.
