Lay-Off (Temporary Employees worked 2 to 12 months) When a temporary employee is laid off, the employee shall be given first consideration of re-employment within one (1) month of being laid off, provided the employee is available and capable of doing the job from which he was last laid off.

Lay-Off (Temporary Employees. 13.6.1 Temporary employees who have passed their probationary period in pay group 6 to 9 (six to nine) and whose job is being terminated prior to the completion date (as per Article 10.2) shall be eligible to bump into other temporary jobs having a duration left longer than thirty (30) days, provided they hold the qualifications for the job and have more service time than the incumbent.

  • Temporary Employees 3.3.1 A temporary employee is an employee who is hired for short-term work assignment which is not ongoing (i.e. normally 12 months or less and not extending beyond 24 months). The employee's benefits and working conditions are as per Article 34 (Temporary Employees).

  • TEMPORARY LEAVE OF ABSENCE A. Members shall be entitled to the following temporary leaves of absence with full pay each school year. Such days of temporary leave must be taken as either one-half (1/2) or one (1) full working day. No personal leaves of absence shall be taken immediately prior to or immediately after holidays or vacations. Any exceptions must be requested in writing to the Superintendent or his designee and must have written approval.

  • Temporary Policies Registry Operator shall comply with and implement all specifications or policies established by the Board on a temporary basis, if adopted by the Board by a vote of at least two-­‐thirds of its members, so long as the Board reasonably determines that such modifications or amendments are justified and that immediate temporary establishment of a specification or policy on the subject is necessary to maintain the stability or security of Registry Services or the DNS (“Temporary Policies”).
