psig Sample Clauses
psig. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Buyer and Seller agree that the pressures maintained at the compression facilities and at the wellhead(s) will be adjusted as reasonable and necessary to optimize production with due consideration for the design and operational capabilities and limitations of the compressor units. Seller shall be responsible for transportation of Gas to, and duly tendering the Gas at, the Delivery Point(s). Buyer shall be responsible for transportation of Gas from the Delivery Point(s) and each Party assumes all liability therefor and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the other Party from any Claims, including injury to and death of persons, arising from any act or incident occurring in respect thereof. Buyer shall provide Seller notice of Maintenance Operations within a reasonably practicable time prior to the commencement thereof. Any reduction of Gas taken pursuant to a notice of Maintenance Operations shall not be considered a default.
psig. The term "psig" shall mean pounds per square inch gauge.
psig. Pressure expressed in pounds per square inch gauge.
psig. The center section of the end xxxxxxx contain the bearings, oil deflectors and hydrogen seals.. The lower halves of the bearings are equipped with dual element thermocouples. The leads are connected through a quick disconnect through the end shield to allow ease of bearing removal. A three section inner and a two section outer oil deflector are bolted into the end shield and provide sealing of the oil along the shaft. The deflectors are either fabricated or cast aluminum. All faces of the deflectors have "O" ring grooves to provide additional protection from oil leaks. All annular areas formed between the set of teeth are designed to provide minimum pressure drops and have oil gutters machined in to prevent oil from backdripping on the shaft. The hydrogen seal casing and seals, which prevent hydrogen gas from escaping along the shaft utilize steel babbitted rings. Pressurized oil for the seals is supplied from the main oil system header to the seal oil control unit, where it is regulated. The seal oil control unit is factory assembled packaged system and is located in the collector end compartment and includes the following components: o Differential pressure regulator valve with bypass o Differential pressure gage (seal oil pressure vs casing gas pressure) and two differential pressure switches: one for alarm and one for actuating the DC emergency seal oil pump o Shut-off and isolation valves for operation and maintenance The connection end bearing and hydrogen seals are insulated from the rotor to prevent direct electrical contact between the rotor and the end shield. Both end xxxxxxx will have proximity type vibration probes. These are located axially outboard of the bearing. Mounting for velocity type vibration sensors is also provided on the surface of the bearing caps. All exiting wiring from the temperature indication devices and the insulating test leads are brought out of the unit through gas tight conex type seals to prevent any chance of a hydrogen leak.
psig. In the event that the average monthly working pressure at the point of delivery exceeds sixty (60) psig for more than two (2) consecutive months, for reasons other than Force Majeure, Seller shall have the right to terminate this contract.
psig. The Contractor shall provide a documented failsafe analysis of gas flow controls, related power supplies, backups, and interlocks. The Contractor shall select a single supplier of each category of instruments furnished. Additional suppliers for a given category will be considered only if the primary supplier cannot meet the design requirements for a specific instrument. All instruments shall bear an instrument data plate which gives the salient technical data for the instrument. The Contractor shall verify that all instruments and control devices are calibrated. Calibration shall be certified by an independent laboratory or agency with traceability to the National Bureau of Standards. The Contractor shall check control signal generation, transmission, reception and response for all control loops under simulated conditions. System electronics shall be shielded against electromagnetic interferences and shall be capable of withstanding surges in power supplies.
psig. Refrigerant Compressor Drive:
psig. In the event that the average monthly working pressure at the point of delivery exceeds seventy (70) psig for more than two (2) consecutive months, for reasons other than Force Majeure, Seller shall have the right to terminate this contract. IN ADDITION, now, therefore, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants herein contained and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree that said Gas Purchase Contract shall be and the same is hereby amended, to include the sale and purchase of natural gas hereafter located on all oil and gas leasehold interests now hereafter owned or controlled by Seller described as follows: Coyote 1-8 8 16N 12W Xxxxxx Oklahoma Except as herein provided, said Gas Purchase Contract dated November 1, 2002, shall be and remain in full force and effect. This Amendatory Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, all of which shall be considered together as one instrument, and this Agreement shall' be binding upon all parties executing same, whether or not executed by all parties owning interest in the above properties.
psig. If the wellx xxxpleted hereunder are unable to produce the annual contract quantity against the pressure prevailing in Buyer's pipelines and Seller elects to install compression facilities, then, except as herein otherwise provided, Buyer agrees to reimburse Seller:
psig. Buyer in its discretion may require that Seller install and operate a pressure relief or reduction device upstream of any Delivery Point set at the pressure designated by Buyer to limit the pressure at which Seller delivers gas, where Seller's deliveries might interfere with ratable deliveries from others or to enhance safety.
