Common use of Psychologist Clause in Contracts

Psychologist. The insurance covers medically justified individual treatment at a psychologist. It is a prerequisite for cover that we consider that you have a symptomatic mental disease/injury and that there is a medically documented need for treatment. We assess whether you need a writ- ten medical referral or recommendation. The treatment must ensure progression/improvement of the condition. Mental disorders which, in our opinion, can- not be cured or permanently improved are not covered.
