Public Gathering Space. RFA will construct the Public Gathering Space depicted on the Revised Land Development Plans during Phase I. At the Preliminary Land Development phase RFA shall provide to the Township the details for the seating required in the Public Gathering Space by Code 155-90.1.E(2)(e) during the PLDRP.

Public Gathering Space. 5,000 square feet of lawn space at the northeast corner of the Pollinator Garden, creates a multi-use space to accommodate gatherings, small performances, and educational activities. The Fireplace Terrace, occupies 1,360 square feet, between the Pollinator and Woodland Gardens.
Public Gathering Space. Developer shall use its Best Efforts to create an accessible outdoor space devoted to year-round public use or enjoyment that attracts the public. The public open space must fulfill the design requirements outlined in Section 6.3.6 of the Xxxxxxxxxx County Zoning Ordinance after community input facilitated through the Community Consultation Process Advisory Committee as more fully outlined in Section 3 above.
Public Gathering Space. Developer shall grant to City a non-exclusive perpetual license (the “Plaza License”) over certain portions of the Property generally depicted on Exhibit G-1 (the “Plaza Area”) for use by the public. The Plaza License shall contain those material terms set forth in Exhibit G-2.

  • PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SERVICE AREA If the Property is located in a propane gas system service area owned by a distribution system retailer, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §141.010, Texas Utilities Code. An addendum containing the notice approved by TREC or required by the parties should be used.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

  • Storage Space Effective as of the Second Floor Commencement Date, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant certain additional space containing approximately 1,000 rentable square feet in such areas as more particularly designated on Schedule X- 0 xxxxxxxx hereto. In addition, Landlord hereby grants to Tenant the right to lease certain additional storage space in such areas of the Project as are designated for storage by Landlord on a first-come, first-served basis (the initial storage space and additional storage space leased to Tenant by Landlord, if any, are collectively the "Storage Space"). Tenant may exercise its option to lease additional Storage Space from time to time throughout the term of the Lease by giving written notice to Landlord of its desire to lease the same, which notice shall be conditioned upon the availability of the desired space. Tenant shall pay Landlord an annual rental for the Storage Space (the "Storage Rent") equal to $10.25 per rentable square foot of GLA of the Storage Space, adjusted annually at the rate of 2 1/2% per annum. The Lease Years for Storage Space shall be concurrent with the Lease Years for the Premises. No janitorial or trash removal services shall be provided to the Storage Space. No other charges shall be applied, as Additional Rent or otherwise, to the Storage Space, except for charges incurred by Landlord in enforcing its rights relating to the Storage Space under this Lease, in accordance with the terms of this Lease. The Tenant shall have the option, exercisable at any time during the Term, to cancel its lease of the Storage Space, upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the Landlord. Except as provided in this Section 2.1(b), the terms and conditions of Tenant's occupancy of the Storage Space shall be as set forth in this Lease. The Storage Space shall be leased in its absolute "AS IS" condition. There shall also be no core factor for the Storage Space (i.e., the usable areas shall be equal to the rentable area).

  • Open Space Acquisitions within the PPA. The County agrees that for the term of this IGA it will not purchase or otherwise acquire any land within the PPA for open space purposes, including conservation easements and transfer of development right sending sites without the approval of the Town.

  • MAINTENANCE OF CONCESSION PREMISES A. Concessionaire shall preserve and maintain the Concession Premises in good and clean condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Concessionaire is solely responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the Concession Premises.

  • Dedicated Transport A DS0-, DS1-, or DS3-capacity transmission facility between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or UNE Wire Centers, within a LATA, that is dedicated to a particular end user or carrier. Dedicated Transport is sometimes referred to as dedicated interoffice facilities ("IOF"). Dedicated Transport does not include any facility that does not connect a pair of Verizon UNE Wire Centers.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Parking Spaces All fees, taxes, costs, charges and expenses for operating cleaning, painting, managing maintaining, up-keeping, repair, replacement, renovation, overhaul, in respect of the Parking Spaces and also on deployment of personnel and agency for its operation, security, protection and other purposes etc.

  • Alpine Areas The employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $2.50 per hour worked on projects in alpine areas.
