Community Input. The Authority shall provide written notice to every City household and to the City Council announcing the public design process for the Replacement Terminal and parking structures (public and employee) including a schedule of community meeting dates. The Authority shall advertise at a minimum in print, social media and web sites any of these required community meetings at least two weeks prior to any such meeting. No final design decision by the Authority that will be the basis for construction plans for the Replacement Terminal and parking structures (public and employee) may occur except at a noticed public hearing.
Community Input. The recognized recreation council, or appropriate community planning committee, having jurisdiction over a proposed joint use site shall solicit community input as to the proposed site selection and uses for new sites, as well as sites being considered for renewal and modifications to sites that impact its intended use. The community planning committee will be notified whenever a joint use project is to be considered by the recreation council so that they may give input; and
Community Input. PDC and the Developer have coordinated on outreach efforts regarding the Project and its design. It is expected that if Developer changes the design of the Project in a material way from that presented to the Interstate Corridor Urban Renewal Advisory Committee, and the Overlook, Humboldt, Arbor Lodge, and Piedmont Neighborhood Associations, Developer will present the revised Project design to the foregoing groups for their input and advice.
Community Input. Contractor will continue to obtain and incorporate community input for FURS program design and continuous improvement efforts including:
1. Conducting virtual listening sessions and online surveys of caregivers, and current and former xxxxxx youth, particularly those youth that are disproportionately impacted or have specialized needs, such as LGBTQ+ youth, older/transitional age youth (TAY), youth impacted by commercial sexual exploitation, indigenous youth, and youth who have experienced homelessness and housing instability residing in Sonoma and Marin Counties regarding their concerns, needs, and preferences for services.
2. Contractor will provide updates on community input related to program design via monthly reporting and at quarterly coordination meetings and/or in writing as agreed upon between Counties and Contractor.

Community Input. In comments at the standing-room-only Pico/Centinela project community meeting at Fairview Library on January 26, 2012, Sunset Park residents expressed outrage at the large size of the project, its traffic impacts, and the adverse health affects its proximity to the I-10 freeway would cause future residents in the project. The only "community benefit" they wanted to discuss was a drastic reduction in the size of the project, or else locating it elsewhere
Community Input. The city manager shall seek the input of the community that is or will be affected by the development project when developing the terms of, and evaluating the subsidized party’s performance under, the community benefits agreement.
Community Input. The Board will properly notice and discuss at a regular or special meeting of the Board of Trustees any changes in programs or reductions in force.
Community Input. Dokken Engineering will organize the public comments received via website, email, comment cards, and online surveys, and provide the summarized findings in the Corridor Plan document.
Community Input. A. Within six months of the Effective Date, the DHS/DYS, in consultation with the Probation Services Independent Auditor and the United States, shall develop and implement a community input program to keep the community informed about the progress of its reforms and to hear ongoing community questions and concerns. The community input program shall include a process for receiving and responding to input from interested members of the community.
B. The community input program shall require at least one open community meeting every six months for the duration of this Agreement. A representative for the DHS/DYS shall be required to attend the open meeting so long as this Agreement is in effect. Counsel for the State, or any other person chosen by the DHS/DYS, may serve as its representative.
C. The community meetings shall include summaries of the Action Plan and Compliance Reports required by this Agreement during the period prior to the meeting and any policy changes or other significant actions taken as a result of this Agreement. The DHS/DYS shall make any written summary of policy changes or other significant actions taken as a result of this Agreement publicly available on a public website it creates or maintains.
