Public Inquiries. The Fund and the Administrator agree that the Administrator will not be responsible for replying to questions or requests for information concerning the Fund from Shareholders, brokers or the public. The Fund will inform the Administrator of the party or parties to whom any such questions or requests should be directed, and the Administrator will refer such questions and requests to such party or parties.

Developer shall process complaints and provide logs or other notification 27 on a regular basis, as defined in the PIP. 28 Developer shall setup and manage a new Project telephone hotline. Subject to ADOT review 29 and approval, Developer shall assign appropriate staffing to answer hotline calls Monday 30 through Friday during regular business hours, develop appropriate messages and response 31 protocols for after-hours callers, and log, respond to, and document calls in accordance with the 32 PIP.

Public Inquiries. 1. The City will maintain a Pothole Hotline for the public to report potholes and other hazards in the pavement and will investigate problems as notified. If the County receives a pothole service request, they will refer the inquiry to the City’s Pothole Hotline.
2. The City will maintain a one-call number for public inquiries regarding general roadway Maintenance and investigate problems as notified.
3. The City will respond to all rules of the Oregon Utility Notification Center, or One Call service for marking and notification of the County’s underground utilities such as, but not limited to, culverts and signal traffic loops.

Xxxxxxxxx agrees to respond to such inquiries in a reasonably prompt and professional manner, and to refer inquiries outside the scope of Affiliate’s expertise to CC or another qualified member of the CC Affiliate Network.
