Public Service Commercials. Public Service Commercials which includes recognized charities may be produced provided the original session fee is paid to members providing a service on the commercial. The rate is a one time payment for thirty-one (31) days or less at the discounted rate of off the national fee for the first three (3) commercials; up to three (3) additional commercials at the discounted rate of off the national fee; up to three (3) additional commercials at a further discounted rate of off the national fee.   • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Traditional Medicine Cooperation 1.   • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are in the SLA. The remedies above are Customer’s sole remedies for breach of the warranties in this section. Customer waives any breach of warranty claims not made during the warranty period.
