Publication credit Clause Samples

A Publication Credit clause establishes the requirement for acknowledging the contributions of individuals or organizations in any published work resulting from a project or collaboration. Typically, this clause specifies how credit should be given, such as listing names in a particular order, including institutional affiliations, or referencing funding sources. Its core function is to ensure that all parties receive appropriate recognition for their work, thereby promoting transparency and fairness in the dissemination of research or creative outputs.
