Publication of CA Sample Clauses

Publication of CA based learning experiences The other key functionality of the VCoP is sharing CA-based learning experiences. The goal is that instructors that have designed and performed learning activities that were mediated by a CA, like the ones reported in D5.1, share their experience in a structured way, so that the reader can browse them easily. We called them “CA experience reports”, and they include: • A description of the learning context: number of students, subject, language and other details. • A description of the educational goals of the experience and the questions that were evaluated. • The agent model, created through the ColMOOC editor and exported in a computer interpretable file (that can be once again imported in the ColMOOC editor). This would allow other members to reuse the design of the agent with little effort. Users may add, if desired, a short textual description of the main features of the agent. • A description of the data collected and analyzed from the experience, and optional results in the form of figures. • A reflection from the instructors creating and evaluating this learning activity. To create a new report, users have to select “Create a new CA Experience Report” in the main menu. The report is in fact a blog post that is formatted according to a predefined template consisting of four tabs, as shown in Figure 6. There, the user has to fill out the fields and upload the appropriate files. It is also worth noting that, as CA experience reports are highlighted in the system, they are moderated content: any user can create them, but they are not made public until a Community Administrator checks them and allows its publication. This feature was selected to facilitate quality content creation and avoid incomplete shared materials. Figure 7 shows how one report looks once it is created and published. As it can be seen, the four tabs defined in the template are present, and users can see their respected content. As this CA experience report is itself a blog post, social tools associated with it can be used: it can be ranked (5-star), commented or shared. The most recent CA report also appears highlighted in the main menu (note that reports are in one of the four languages of the VCoP, and the menu only shows the reports in the currently selected language). <.. image(Interfaz de usuario gráfica, Aplicación Descripción generada automáticamente) removed ..> <.. image(Interfaz de usuario gráfica, Texto, Aplicación, Correo electrónico Descripció...
