Main Menu. Menu that appears after the Logo and introductory screens when starting the program. About the Database Although the MED is being distributed without formal training, formal training will be provided on the MED as the final system becomes operational. The query program was designed to be used for finding records in the database, and viewing and printing selected records. The MED consists of fourteen (14) databases (referred to in the discussion as data tables) and a licensee information database. The event data tables are related by Key fields, ITEMNO, and CLASSEVT. The ITEMNO value is a six character number assigned when the event is initially coded and entered into the database. The CLASSEVT value is a three character code assigned to denote the type of event. The licensee information data table (LICENSEE) is related to the BASIC data table by license number (LICNO). The Main Menu options are displayed to show the relationship of the data tables. Attachment 1 contains a table showing the names of the FoxPro database (data table) associated with each Main Menu option. The MED coding manual contains a detailed discussion of the data tables. The MED coding manual was distributed during the May 1994 NRC workshops on the database. The Main Menu options allow access to any of the data tables. To select an option, use the UpDn arrow keys or a mouse. When using the UpDn arrow keys the menu highlight bar may appear to move between options without a particular order. This is because the Main Menu lay out shows the relationship of the data tables, whereas the order of movement of the highlight bar was set for the data tables expected to be used most frequently. Selecting a menu option opens the data table indicated. A Data screen is presented for each data table. Using the data screen, records in the data table can be selected and viewed. Most program functions are initiated through function keys. Introductory screens for most data screens s50w a list of function keys and their associated program function. In the case of the BASIC INFORMATION data screen, a HELP function shows a list of function keys and their associated program function. Function keys perform the same function for essentially all data screens. The BASIC and EVENT data tables include a feature that allows the user to view data in related tables. * . .
Main Menu. The main menu proposed by AITV to the passenger should be in the passenger’s language following the rules stated in chapter 2.
1. The exact format of the menu will be decided during the analysis phase of the project.
Main Menu. Main Menu allows users to gain access to various DW Spectrum features quickly and intuitively. Main Menu can be opened by clicking on the at the upper left corner and contains the following items: Connect to (Another) Server – allows connecting/disconnecting to/from Server (see "Connecting to System and Working Offline") Disconnect from Server – drop connection to a current Server and go offline New: Tab – creates an empty tab in Tab Navigator (see "Tabs") Window – opens a new window of DW Spectrum (see "Working with Multiple DW Spectrum Windows") User – creates a new user (see "User and Roles Management") Video Wall – create new Video Wall (see "Video Wall Management") Web Page – open a new web page on Scene (see "Using DW Spectrum as Web Browser"). Open – opens and plays back Local Files (see "Playing Back Local Files in DW Spectrum"): File – opens Local Video File Folder – opens all Local Video Files in the selected folder and plays them back simultaneously (max 24 files for x86 and max 64 files for x64). Web Client – opens Web Client and connects to the current Server. See "Connecting to DW Spectrum via Web-Client". Start/Stop Screen recording (see "Screen Recording (Windows Only)"). System Administration – opens up system-related settings (see "System-Wide Configurations").
Main Menu. The Main menu opens the main menu window. The top window shows the model number and firmware version (build 23 in the sample). The media height window shows the maximum dimen- sion the i-TECH is set to cut. With the media height sensors enabled, the i-TECH will scan the pinch wheel magnets to determine the loaded media size and will calculate the maximum cut size. The i-TECH will send this dimension (called the clip limits) to many software programs so that the software program can determine if the specified cut file will fit. If a file with dimensions larger than the clip limit is sent to the i-TECH, the cut will be truncated. If the media height sensor is disabled, the default clip limits will be used and it is possible to cut off the edge of the media. The position window shows the current location of the knife in the cutter coordinate system. The Last Saved Error Message window displays the last error. Errors displayed here may be old. The error may have occurred earlier in the cutters life. The Clear Error button clears the memory of the saved error notification. The State radio buttons allow the user to set the condition of the cutter. Unload means the cutter is not loaded and is not ready to receive a cut file. The Pause radio button means the cutter is cur- rently paused and the Ready button means the cutter is loaded and ready to receive the cut file and proceed with cutting. This set of buttons duplicates the Load and Pause buttons on the front panel. The CAd Override radio buttons enables or disables the CAD override function. With the function On, the cutter will ignore some of the HPGL control commands sent from the cutting software. With the function Off, the software can control these HPGL functions. Some CAD sys- tems will work correctly only when this feature is set to on. These commands include: AS set acceleration FS set force KA set minimum angle KN set knife offset IP input P1/P2 RO rotate SC set scale SP select pen ST select tool UV up velocity (move speed) VS down velocity (cut speed) The Mode radio butons sets the operation. Select cutting, pen plotting/drawing or pouncing. The i-TECH will normally only use the Cut function. The Dynamic Force radio buttons (an advanced option) engages the dynamic force function, which instantaneously adjusts the force on the fly based on the actual velocity of the knife blade. All cutters must accelerate and decelerate as they cut around corners. Some medias require differ- ent force settings for di...
Main Menu. (The menu is as described below after a valid POPN has been entered and at least one job has been created in MobileMapper Field.) NOTE: If MobileMapper Field is running in trial mode, the Import and Export functions won’t be available, but an additional option (Register app) will be made available so you can enter a POPN validating the license you purchased earlier (see page 7).
