Pupil Transportation Services a) Company shall furnish Pupil Transportation Services in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations set forth by the State of Missouri, District Policy and Regulation, and State law, as may be in effect from time to time. Pupil Transportation Services shall be provided throughout the term of this Agreement subject to the exceptions set forth herein. Company will require all of its employees assigned to provide Pupil Transportation Services under this Agreement, to follow District polices pertaining to student transportation, field trips, athletic contests and extra-curricular trips, in addition to the District’s administrative guidelines pertaining to the reporting and handling of student discipline incidents. No persons other than Students, supervisors, District employees, approved chaperones or drivers in training are to ride the buses without the approval of the District.
