Administrative Guidelines definition

Administrative Guidelines means the administrative guidelines relating to the Plan, which may include guidelines regarding the terms, limitations, restrictions and conditions for the grant of Options, as may be approved by the Board or an authorized committee of the Board from time to time;
Administrative Guidelines means the guidelines approved annually by the Committee to provide for the administration of the Plan, including the method by which incentive compensation payments will be determined.
Administrative Guidelines means guidance documents to assist the AIBC in decision-making and related regulatory functions, as approved by the Board under these Bylaws;

Administrative Guidelines means staff-promulgated regulations implementing and interpreting this ordinance.

In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Administrative Guidelines and Provider Manual, the most recent revision of the Administrative Guidelines and Provider Manual shall control.
