Common use of Pupil Transportation Clause in Contracts

Pupil Transportation. 1. Teachers properly licensed to drive, who have a driving record in accordance with District guidelines and who have proof of adequate insurance may transport students to activities that take place away from the school building with the advance approval of the Board or its delegate. He/she shall be compensated for the use of his/her own automobile at the prevailing IRS rate per mile for the duration of this Agreement. The same allowance shall be given for use of personal cars for other business of the District.
