Proxy Bidding. The employee or proxy must be present to participate in the 23 rebidding procedure.
Proxy Bidding. Bus drivers, school bus child care attendants or school bus intervention aides who cannot be present, unless the reason for absence is unapproved (AWOL), may cause their bid to be exercised by the Local President or his/her official representative in connection with any bidding processes. All proxy bids must be in writing. Any driver, school bus child care attendant or school bus intervention aide who is absent during the bidding shall not have the right to redress actions in the bidding process by the Union or the Board.
Proxy Bidding. An employee who is unable to attend the route bidding on the specified 42 day or time may execute a proxy. The proxymust be presented at the employee’s assigned 43 time and place for bidding.
Proxy Bidding. The proxy bidding process allows a Customer (i.e. the proxy bidder) to enter a maximum price that it is willing to pay for a Vehicle (the “Maximum Bid Amount”). If a Customer’s Maximum Bid Amount is greater than the current bid, the Maximum Bid Amount will not be visible to the Seller or other bidders. DealerBlock® will automatically increase the Customer’s proxy bid up to its Maximum Bid Amount by the dollar increment that applies to the particular Vehicle or group of Vehicles. DealerBlock® will never increase the Customer’s bid above the Maximum Bid Amount. If at the end of the auction sale the Maximum Bid Amount meets or exceeds the Reserve Price:
i. If there are no other competitive bids above the Reserve Price, the Vehicle will be sold at the Reserve Price to the Customer that placed the Maximum Bid Amount;
ii. If more than one bidder submitted the same Maximum Bid Amount for the Vehicle, the Vehicle will be sold to the Customer that entered the Maximum Bid Amount first. A Seller may pre‐configure the auction cycle of a Vehicle prior to release of the Vehicle to have the auction cycle automatically extend beyond the original close time in order to prevent bidding Dealers from “sniping” (i.e., placing a bid immediately before the auction close in order to prevent a competing bid from being placed). In the event of a clerical error in the Reserve Price, Seller may withdraw the Vehicle from the sale and relist it in a new sale.
Proxy Bidding. 7 Drivers may bid by written proxy following established procedures. The parties will 8 work collaboratively to establish bidding procedures.
Proxy Bidding. A User may use Proxy Bidding to bid in an Auction. To set a proxy bid, a User must enter a Proxy Bid Limit. The system will automatically increment the User's bid each time it is superseded until either the User wins or the winning bid is raised to match or exceed the Proxy Bid Limit. The system acts like another bidder, as determined by the proxy bidding logic.
Proxy Bidding. An employee who is unable to attend the route bidding on the specified day or time may execute a proxy. The proxy must be presented at the employee’s assigned time and place for bidding.
