Purchase Option Agreement. 7.2.1 PSNH shall have the exclusive right to purchase the Facility and all other real, personal and intangible property associated with the Facility and its operations in accordance with the Purchase Option Agreement. Seller shall cause the Site Owner and any successor(s) thereto, other entities that may hold ownership interests in the Facility, any financial lessor of the Offered Assets and any lender holding a security interest in the Facility to agree to the terms of the Purchase Option Agreement as a condition to any sale, financing, refinancing or financial sale/leaseback of the Facility. Further, upon notice to Seller, PSNH may transfer its rights under the Purchase Option Agreement to any PSNH Affiliate or other third party, inclusive of all PSNH rights under the Purchase Option Agreement. In connection with any sale made pursuant to the Purchase Option Agreement, Seller shall convey, or cause to be conveyed, the Facility and all related assets free of material financing liens.
Purchase Option Agreement. (A) Mariner shall have the right to purchase at any time and from time to time up to 1,350,000 shares of the Corporation from the Participating Shareholders in the amounts set forth below opposite each such Participating Shareholder’s name (that right, the “Option”; those shares, the “Option Shares”), at the option price set forth in (B) below (the “Option Price”):
(1) Mxxx X. Xxxxxxxx -225,000 Shares;
(2) Lionshead Investments — 225,000 Shares;
(3) the Lxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Trustee — 900,000 Lxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Shares, provided that the Lxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Trustee shall have the sole power to determine the number of shares to be provided by either of the Lxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Trusts.

(C) Except as set forth in ARTICLE VII (iv) below, the right to purchase the Option Shares under this Purchase Option Agreement Clause shall cease 30 days after the Termination Date.
(D) The consideration for such Option Shares shall be paid in United States Dollars, unless specifically agreed to the contrary in writing by the Participating Shareholders.

Purchase Option Agreement without the prior written consent, none of the Domestic Company and its subsidiaries and branches shall engage in any business competing with those of the WFOE or its affiliated companies; and
Purchase Option Agreement. The Existing Shareholders and the Domestic Company have obtained consents and approvals (if necessary) from the third parties and governmental authorities to execute, deliver and perform this Agreement;
Purchase Option Agreement. The Developer shall execute and deliver the Purchase Option Agreement for the Property. The Purchase Option Agreement shall be recorded prior to all mortgages encumbering the applicable portion of the Property, provided that the Purchase Option Agreement shall expressly provide that the City or its designee shall purchase the Property subject to any mortgage securing a Loan or shall be required to pay off any Loan.
Purchase Option Agreement. In the event that CRI should default on any of the terms of this POA as outlined herein and above and below then PMO shall have the right to notify CRI in writing of such default and CRI shall then have 30 days to remedy the default or this POA shall become null and void and PMO shall be entitled to keep any and all stock, cash, or gold that it has received from CRI previous to the default. Should any legal problems or laq suites take place against CRI during the term of this POA then CRI shall hold PMO harmless for any such actions.
Purchase Option Agreement. At the Closing, CCSI and Buyer shall execute and deliver the Option Agreement which shall, in accordance with its terms and conditions, provide CCSI an Option Period (as defined therein) when CCSI shall have the right to exercise an option to reacquire GAC and Labs by purchase from Buyer of the Shares. If such option to purchase is not exercised as provided in the Option Agreement, such option shall expire and be of no further force or effect.
Purchase Option Agreement. That certain Purchase Option Agreement, dated as of the Effective Date, by and between Landlord and Tenant, regarding the potential acquisition of the Rangers Complex following the termination of this Lease. Rangers Complex. The entire premises leased pursuant to the terms hereof, including (i) the Ballpark; (ii) the Land; and (iii) such other improvements, buildings, structures and Related Infrastructure, from time to time constructed, installed on and affixed to the Land (and only to the extent located on the Land), and other rights, privileges, easements and appurtenances that benefit the Land and belong to Landlord, but solely in its capacity as the owner of fee simple title and/or other rights of possession to the Land and not in the City’s capacity as the owning Governmental Authority, including (a) any and all rights, privileges, easements and Related Infrastructure. Means, as defined by the Act, any store, restaurant, on-site hotel, concession, automobile parking facility, area transportation facility, road, street, water or sewer facility, park or other on-site or off-site improvement that relates to and enhances the use, value or appeal of the Ballpark, including areas adjacent to the Ballpark, and any other expenditure reasonably necessary to construct, improve, renovate, or expand the Ballpark, including an expenditure for environmental remediation.
Purchase Option Agreement. In association with this Agreement and the attached Appendix B – Purchase Option Agreement, Company shall grant the option to Contractor to purchase up to two million nine hundred thousand (2,900,000) shares of Company Common stock as described in the Purchase Option Agreement.
Purchase Option Agreement. In association with this Agreement and the attached Appendix A – Purchase Option Agreement, AppTech shall grant the option to LifeLight to purchase up to three million five hundred thousand (3,500,000) shares of AppTech Common stock as described in the Option Agreement.
